At AnimeKatana, we specialize in hand-forged, high-performance swords. Because our products are handcrafted to order, the delivery process consists of two stages: Production (Handling) and Transit.
1. Delivery Partners
We partner with leading global logistics providers to ensure your sword arrives safely:

Method: We select the most efficient carrier based on your specific shipping address and local customs regulations.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free International Shipping to most regions. However, specific fees apply to standalone accessory orders and remote areas.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time
Since every blade at AnimeKatana is handmade by skilled smiths, please allow time for craftsmanship:

Standard Orders: 7 – 15 Business Days (Mon–Fri).

High-Performance/Custom Blades: 25 – 30 Business Days, depending on the complexity of the forge and fittings.

Production Start: Most orders enter production within 24 hours of payment.
4. International Shipping Coverage
We provide Free Shipping to the following countries. Please note the estimated transit times:

Asia: Philippines, Singapore, Thailand (2–3 weeks)

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand (3–4 weeks)

Europe: UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia (2–4 weeks)

North America: Canada, Mexico (2–4 weeks)

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

USA Orders: Our Air Shipping typically includes tax and customs clearance. However, if your address is in a remote area, a $20 surcharge applies.

International Orders (Non-US): Customers are the "Importer of Record" and are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees required by their local government.

Customs Seizures: Please ensure that swords are legal to import in your country. AnimeKatana is not responsible for items seized or destroyed by local customs due to regional weapon regulations.
6. Shipping Rules & Restrictions

No PO Boxes/APO/FPO: We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outlying US territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) due to carrier restrictions on weapons.

Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for undelivered items caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking: Once your sword has finished its handcrafting phase and has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email automatically.

Lost or Stolen Packages: AnimeKatana is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at service@animekatana.com within 24 hours. Once the handforging process has significantly progressed or the item has been shipped, we cannot recall the order. In such cases, you must follow our Return Policy after receiving the item.
